We believe in redemptive entrepreneurship.

Since 1999, we have been involved with businesses dedicated to economic development in the developing world. We have discovered that entrepreneurs operating in vulnerable communities face tremendous challenges that make it nearly impossible to do business profitably in such regions.

But what if they had a support team of experienced entrepreneurs and operators walking alongside them?

We start by identifying entrepreneurs who have developed a business or business plan designed to tackle a major societal challenge in their communities, and we create an ecosystem of support around them. Through our Accelerator and Incubator programs, we equip, resource, train and empower these entrepreneurs to operate their businesses through a redemptive lens.

What is a redemptive entrepreneur?

When something is "redemptive," it willingly makes payment or sacrifice in order to restore something else to its proper place. Redemptive entrepreneurs are those who surrender their personal and organizational power to leave a meaningful impact on the world. Their businesses can spark cultural renewal, changing communities economically, socially, and physically.

Redemptive entrepreneurs are those who spend themselves on behalf of others, using their personal and organizational power to leave a meaningful impact on the world.

Our team has a combined 30+ years of experience working with startups in Asia. We are part of a growing movement of redemptive entrepreneurs, building ventures in response to the creative impulse that we were born with. We take seriously and humbly our own brokenness and that of the world around us. Our end game is for our ventures to be agents of redemption in the world.
