Program Outcomes
1. Entrepreneurs will articulate and create a sustainable business model by the end of the JoyCorps Aspire Program.
2. Actionable goals for post-JoyCorps Aspire journey, including customer acquisition and financial modelling, will be identified.
Sajan has over two decades of cross-sector experience and currently leads Operations at Shikhar Microfinance in Delhi. With a heart for transformation, he's passionate about building people, developing character, skills, and purpose through his work and faith.
Stephy is a mental health coach and founder of Swathman Foundation, supporting emotional healing and resilience. She specialises in sports psychology, working with elite athletes, and also serves as faculty at CMC Vellore, training future mental health professionals.
Originally from Chicago, Kelly has lived in Kolkata since 2016. She empowers women through Lamprini Hospitality, the bakery and training program she started for survivors of gender violence. Her passion lies in equipping women to live with dignity, purpose, and strength.
