JoyCorps Aspire is a 9-week program for idea-stage and early-stage entrepreneurs.

It helps young entrepreneurs build a scalable business model while integrating value-based practices into their business.

Course Format

  • Weekly meetings will most likely be on weekends at a place selected by the City Facilitator based on all the participants’ locations

  • Week 1: All About You

    Week 5: Strengthening Your Structure

  • This includes time spent on doing field work and attending the weekly session


Program Outcomes

Entrepreneurs will articulate and create a sustainable business model by the end of the JoyCorps Aspire Program.

Actionable goals for post-JoyCorps Aspire  journey, including customer acquisition and financial modelling, will be identified.

SAJAN M TITUS, DELHI

Sajan has over two decades of cross-sector experience and currently leads Operations at Shikhar Microfinance in Delhi. With a heart for transformation, he’s passionate about building people, developing character, skills, and purpose through his work and faith.

DANIEL SMITH, PATNA

Daniel, raised in Patna, leads IT and communications at Bienestar Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He’s passionate about mentoring young entrepreneurs and driving innovation in Bihar. His work blends tech, marketing, and a deep commitment to equipping future leaders.

STEPHY STEPHAN, KOCHI

Stephy is a mental health coach and founder of Swathman Foundation, supporting emotional healing and resilience. She specialises in sports psychology, working with elite athletes, and also serves as faculty at CMC Vellore, training future mental health professionals.

SARAH BERNAL, DEHRADUN

Sarah has 15+ years of global experience in social work and teaching. She has a passion for languages, culture, and education. Living in Dehradun, she explores new ways to train and inspire others through her work as a coordinator for JoyCorps.

KELLY DWYER, KOLKATA

Originally from Chicago, Kelly has lived in Kolkata since 2016. She empowers women through Lamprini Hospitality, the bakery and training program she started for survivors of gender violence. Her passion lies in equipping women to live with dignity, purpose, and strength.

VALANCE QUADROS, MUMBAI

Valance is a business and finance strategist with 25+ years across banking, consulting, and entrepreneurship. A Chartered Accountant known for his integrity and insight, he helps founders build sustainable, values-driven businesses. He believes good business begins with wise stewardship and purposeful design.

  • Whether you have a business concept and are getting ready to launch, or you're an early-stage entrepreneur who's already started and looking to strengthen your business strategy, you're welcome to apply!

  • To make the payment of Rs. 9,500, scan the QR code we’ve provided above. The payment link will direct you to our deployment and payment partner, Shikhar Urban and Rural Enterprises Pvt. Ltd (SUREnterprise). Once you’ve made the payment, please send us a quick confirmation or a screenshot so we can verify it on our end.

    JoyCorps partners with SUREnterprises, who are also working toward entrepreneurship development in India.

    Please note, we are not offering payment plans for the program.

    1. You must demonstrate that you have engaged with your business concept for a more than just a few months.

    2. You must have some action steps to take your business idea forward.

    3. You must be willingness to work on your concept in a community-setting with peers. Here, we are especially looking for openness to receive feedback.

    4. You must be committed to launching your idea, which means having a structured business through which your mission and operation flows.

  • Yes, absolutely! If you're willing to fine-tune your business strategy and relaunch, you're eligible to apply.

  • No. We are open to having participants from any industry.

  • The Aspire curriculum content is in English and therefore to fully be engaged, you might need to understand the language.

    • Attendance in person for a minimum of 7 weeks. Including attendance at the Pitch Event on the 9th week

    The Pitch Event is where you as a participant in the Aspire program will have to pitch your business idea and plan to a group of mentors and city ecosystem leaders. Completing this is the final step before you graduate!
