Design thinking is a human-centered, iterative problem-solving approach that focuses on deep user empathy to create practical and innovative solutions.

Our main focus centers around the Whole Person, the most affected by the problem, the engagement of their Heart-Soul-Mind-Strength, as well as yours.
And both, along with many others sit within the larger system, connected by influence, place, work, emotions. This is what Systems Practice is.
Solutions that hold are place-based, empathetic and creative — built on the understanding that every decision shapes relationships, influences systems, and honours the whole person.

Being part of JoyCorps’ Rural Enterprise Development workshop gave me valuable insights into how community-first, practical, and locally grounded approaches can create meaningful and sustainable change in rural communities. It was an enriching experience that I will carry forward in my own work.
