JoyCorps Fellowship
The JoyCorps Fellowship started in 2019 as a unique program built from the ground up in response to the felt needs of entrepreneurs in our network. We targeted micro and small enterprises in India and Nepal and focused on providing mentoring, a peer community, and a structured pathway for growth. Unlike most Entrepreneur Support Organizations (ESOs) that prioritize high-growth ventures, JoyCorps Fellowship nurtures a diverse ecosystem. In today’s landscape, where technical training is widely available online, the Fellowship’s value lies in curating a community of first-generation entrepreneurs with rich, varied life experiences. These relationships offer a depth of wisdom and mutual support that cannot be replicated through technical training and online learning alone.

Business Reimagined Summit
Every year, JoyCorps hosts in-person summits in a beautiful location in India, providing entrepreneurs with the opportunity to gather, rest, find community, and experience deep-dive mentorship and shared learning. Whether we are business leaders, investors, or entrepreneurs committed to transforming marginalized communities worldwide, we all pursue a vision in which business is both creative and restorative. The Business Reimagined Summit coincides with the graduation of the year’s Fellowship cohort. The agenda of each summit is slightly different based on the needs of the cohort. Still, it typically includes shared insights, keynote addresses, presentations from our Fellows, idea sessions, and field visits, all designed to equip, resource, and refresh each entrepreneur for the journey ahead.
